But this time is for you. It's for the VIPs who have that VIP ticket. And also, like, we get it. Like, sometimes it's like, what is a VIP room?
What is a coaching or, like, why would I need whatever health coaching.
And I know that you're not, like, working with us yet, like, you're not like in our programs, whatever. And it can just feel like, ooh. I kind of want to, like, see what this room is about. But how do I ask a question, like I get?
And so this room is actually a really great place to ask questions like…
• I lost 10 lbs but now I’m plateaued…do I need to cut calories? • I don’t have trouble losing the weight but keeping it off, is it my metabolism? • I keep hearing I need to be in a deficit, how do I know what that is for me? • I’m in perimenopause, I feel like it might be my hormones. How do I know? • I started strength training, but my body still isn’t changing. What am I doing wrong? • I’m considering a GLP—but I’m scared I’ll need to be on it forever, is that true? • I lost weight on a GLP, and now I want to come of,f but I’m terrified of ruining my results. How do I make sure I don’t gain it back?
You know this place, and you know you'll learn so much this week, but this room is for those who are like you guys. Want that custom, like you want to actually have a space where you talk about this thing, and we're actually able to get down to the bottom of it, because the truth is, you didn't become in this place where you have all this restriction or fear of food, like that didn't just happen because you were bad or because you didn't like yourself enough. Like, the truth is that happened because you were conditioned. And there's all these different diets out there that are honestly disordered eating with like, a pretty bow on top. And I'm here to, like, break that down
